Summer Institute for Buddhist Studies

Introduction

The Summer Institute for Buddhist Studies (2021) "will begin with the basics about Buddhism, but will primarily focus on how to minister within a Buddhist context, and among Buddhists in other contexts. This course will include insights from missionaries who have worked within Buddhist contexts, and testimonies from Christians with Buddhist backgrounds."

The purpose of this research guide is to facilitate students and faculty in finding quickly and easily relevant content to the courses, which are taught. It features a small, but growing library collection - Buddhist Studies Collection (50+ titles of print and electronic books). It also includes selected library databases, which contain journal articles, eBooks, dissertations & theses, multimedia, as well as open access resources.
